If there’s one thing I hate, it’s rumour merchants making up stories about players going for medicals, or signing contracts or clubs agreeing fees when nothing has actually happened, so us here at Full-Time Whistle have decided to list the transfers that have happened officially, and separate the more reliable rumours from the nonsense.
